OEM Contracting LLC has been building across the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex for over a decade. Though this name is new, the people behind it — and the standard we hold ourselves to — are not.

We specialize in custom homes on acre-or-more lots, built for clients who have a clear vision and a budget that reflects how seriously they take quality. We also take on commercial construction projects where the same discipline applies.

We're not the cheapest option. We never will be. But we are the most transparent — and in an industry defined by vague estimates and missed timelines, that matters more than price.

Edgar Huerta

Edgar began his career in construction working alongside his father, who owns a masonry and concrete company. This early hands-on experience laid the foundation for his deep understanding of the trade. He went on to earn a degree in Construction Management with a specialization in inspection, further strengthening his technical expertise.

With years of experience as a construction manager, Edgar has successfully overseen the development of luxury custom lake homes, combining craftsmanship, precision, and high-end project execution.
